How to Perform an Emergency Reboot • Please open the battery cover and you will find a small hole concealed underneath a black plastic sticker located on the bottom right of the unit. Please remove the black sticker and insert a narrow object such as a paper clip tip to press and hold down the reset button inside; then connect the data cable. Release the reset button when you see the "Emergency Reboot" screen display. The unit will now restore to factory settings - this will take approximately 5 minutes.

Please perform a firmware update on your unit through using GB manager. If that does not fix the issue, attempt the following steps to perform an emergency reboot: 1. Open the battery cover and you will find a small hole concealed underneath a black plastic sticker located on the bottom right corner of the unit. 2. Remove the black sticker and insert an object such as paper clip to press and hold down the Reset button. While holding down the Reset button, click the power button. Release the Reset button when you see “Emergency Reboot”. 3. The unit will now restore to factory settings. This process will take about 5 minutes.
How to Change Time Zones • Please access the Main Menu by pushing the "Menu" button on the unit, or by touching the "Main Menu" selection on the "Locating Satellites" screen.
How to Access Green View • While in golf mode, please press the yardage number (located on the top right corner of the screen) to activate the green view mode.
How to Change Holes • While in golf mode, please press the hole number (located on the top left corner of the screen) to bring up the hole number selection.
