Battery Will Not Last
• If the device does not last 2 rounds of golf, please check the "power management" settings. Please access the Main Menu by pushing the "Menu" button on the unit, or by touching the "Main Menu" selection on the "Locating Satellites" screen. Select the Tool icon and you will see a category called "Power Management." Make your selection by touching the box next to your desired setting and press "OK" to set.
• Please make sure to charge the unit for 4 hours prior to use.
• If you are charging the device through your computer, please try charging the unit directly from the wall charger.
• Please note: The rechargeable battery should last 3 years; if it has exceeded this time frame, the battery may need to be replaced.

Battery Will Not Charge
• Please verify that the battery is inserted correctly.
• If you are still experiencing issues, please check that the data cable and the wall charger and inserted correctly.
• Please check if you have an extra USB cable (this type of cable is widely used in the electronics industry).
