Incorrect Measurements• Please verify that your unit is set to the correct unit of measurement (Y for yards, M for meters).
• Please make sure you have an unobstructed view of the sky.
• If incorrect, here is how to update the unit of measurement: Access the Main Menu by pushing the "Menu" button on the unit, or by touching the "Main Menu" selection from the "Locating Satellites" screen. Select the Tools icon and you can change your distance unit from Yards to Meters and vice versa.
• If this is correct, sync your unit with the GB Manager and update the firmware and course database. For instructions on syncing with GB Manager, click link below: http://help.golfbuddyglobal.com/. You can also verify when the course was last updated by searching for the course on our website: http://www.golfbuddyglobal.com/support/downloads.asp
• If you are still experiencing issues, please reset the GPS. Please open the battery cover and you will find a small hole concealed underneath a black plastic sticker located on the bottom right of the unit. Please remove the black sticker and insert a narrow object such as a paper clip tip to press and hold down the reset button inside; then connect the data cable. Release the reset button when you see the "Emergency Reboot" screen display. The unit will now restore to factory settings - this will take approximately 5 minutes.
